Terms and Conditions
I know there’s a lot to read below, but I like to be crystal clear, so you can enjoy yourself on the day, with no hidden surprises!
Special event bookings do not include Past Life consultations or channelled messages from people/pets who have passed, please enquire if you would like this type of service added on.
Venue Options - sessions can be held at Kirra Hill Cultural Centre, chosen for its uplifting energy, beautiful view and walking access to two beaches & cafes. The standard rate includes room hire fee.
If you prefer I come to you and you are staying in a reputable and safe venue, there is an additional call out fee of $30 per hour if your event venue is beyond a 30km radius of Kirra Hill Cultural Centre.
Reading Space Setup - If I am coming to you, please set up a table with two chairs in a quiet part of the venue. If you are coming to Kirra Hill, I will provide tables and chairs. Guests waiting for their turn may wander the grounds or visit the onsite gallery, but please ensure they are back in time for their session.
Deposit - To secure your booking date, I require an upfront, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100. The outstanding balance owing is required BEFORE the event begins in ONE LUMP SUM, please organise payment amongst yourselves beforehand, to avoid last-minute confusion cutting into your booking time.
Rescheduling - If you have paid your deposit, but change the date within 1 week of the initial date we agreed on, you will need to pay a new, non-refundable booking deposit of $50 to reschedule.
Overtime - If we go over the booked time, an immediate charge of $100 is incurred, giving you UP TO an additional 30mins. For Psychic Readings, I will monitor the timing of each session, so each participant fairly gets the same amount of time and is fully aware of when their session needs to end. If an individual participant asks further questions beyond their allocated time, I will offer them my business card to make an appointment at a later date, to help them avoid paying the overtime fee.
Number of Participants for Readings - I charge an hourly rate. If any of your participants decides they do not want their Reading, the amount of time I spend Reading for each remaining participant can be extended to make up the time difference. If guests are paying for themselves, please work out how much each person owes, so I can be paid in one lump sum before the event begins. If you have more people wanting Readings after the initial quote is given, you will need to book another additional hour or more.
Unforeseen Cancellations - If a natural disaster such as flash flooding, bushfires, or Covid restrictions occur on the same day as the event, preventing either party from attending, you may reschedule your date without paying any outstanding balance.
Respect (sadly, I’ve had to add this new clause 😢) - I am unable to work with people if they are strongly under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or if they behave in an unsafe or disrespectful manner towards me. I come to events with a positive, professional attitude, but I reserve the right to discontinue my services early with full payment, due to these reasons.

Any payment is non-refundable once made.
